Which devices does Peepz work on?
Peepz is available for iPhone with iOS 18 or later and for Apple Watch with watchOS 11 or later. The watch app comes with the iPhone app.
How much does Peepz cost?
Peepz is free to download and use, with no ads and no limit on how many of you there are. Peepz Premium costs SEK 49 a month, SEK 129 a quarter or SEK 399 a year for the whole family, and the first 14 days are free. The emergency alert is always free. Compare Free and Premium.
Does everyone in the family have to buy Premium?
No. One adult buys it, and everyone in the family gets Premium – including children without a phone of their own, grandparents and the babysitter. Children and members can't buy it themselves, but they can see what's included and ask an adult. If you live in two homes, each household pays for its own family in Peepz.
How do I cancel Premium?
The subscription is handled by Apple. Change plan or cancel in the app under Peepz Premium → Manage subscription, or in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name and choose Subscriptions. Premium lasts until the end of the period. Refunds are requested from Apple – you can do that right in the app too.
What happens if we stop Premium?
Nothing is deleted. The meal plan can still be read, and lists for chosen people stay hidden from the others and can be used as before. Ongoing trips and shares run their course, and the mirror in Apple Calendar stops updating. New dinners, new trips and sharing your location for longer than an hour need Premium again.
Is Peepz available for Android or on the web?
Not yet. We are starting with iPhone and Apple Watch and want to make Peepz available to more people later on.
Does everyone in the family need their own phone?
No. Children without a phone of their own can join as a profile the adults look after – they can be tagged in the calendar and have a living schedule. Anyone who wants to use the app themselves needs an iPhone.
Can my family see where I am all the time?
No. Your location is only shared when you turn it on yourself, only with your family and only for as long as you've chosen. The member role – for example Grandma or the babysitter – doesn't see shared locations unless an adult turns it on.
We live in two homes. Does Peepz work for us?
Yes. Each household has its own family in Peepz, and anyone who lives in both switches with one tap. With a living schedule, the app switches family by itself at changeover – and neither family sees the other.
Does the emergency alert replace 112?
No. The emergency alert reaches your family, not the emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, call 112.
Where is our data stored?
On servers in Sweden. We show no ads and never sell data. Read more in the privacy policy.
Which languages is Peepz available in?
Swedish and English. The app follows your phone's language, and notifications and emails arrive in the recipient's own language.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: tap your picture in the top right corner and choose Delete account. You have 30 days to change your mind, or you can choose to delete everything straight away. If you pay for Premium, cancel the subscription in the App Store too – otherwise Apple keeps charging you.
