Peepz is a shared family calendar for adults, children, grandparents and the babysitter. Add football practice, the dentist and dinner at Grandma's, tag who it's for – and the whole family sees the same thing, without a single text.

Who's involved?
Tag one or more people in the family – including children without a phone. Anyone tagged gets a notification when the event is added or the time moves.

Every day, week, month or year – also every other week or every third month, on chosen weekdays and with an end date if you like.

Edit or delete only this one, this and following, or the entire series.
Only mine
The filter shows what you're tagged in and what's for the whole family. You can also show another person's events.

All-day events for holidays, trips and parties – and a location, so everyone knows where to go.
Living arrangements and school
Changeovers in the living schedule show in the calendar. With Premium, so does when the school day starts and finishes.
On Home, in the widget and on your watch
Today's events are at the top of Home, the Family calendar widget shows the next few days and Apple Watch shows your day.

Google Calendar and Outlook
The whole family's calendar – or one person's – as a calendar link. It updates by itself; Outlook usually fetches changes after a few hours and Google within a day.

Add an event
- Open Plan and choose Calendar.
- Tap New event.
- Write what's happening and choose when. Turn on All day for a whole day.
- Choose Repeat if the activity happens again, for example every week.
- Tap the people involved under Who's involved? and then Add.

Edit or delete
- Tap the event in the calendar.
- Make your changes and tap Save – or tap Delete event.
- If the event repeats, choose Only this one, This and following or Entire series.
Touch and hold the event for Edit and Remove straight away.

Show the calendar in Google Calendar or Outlook Premium
- Open Plan → Calendar and tap Show in another calendar.
- Choose Whole family or one person under Calendar.
- Tap Share link and send the link to yourself.
- Google Calendar on a computer: Other calendars → + → From URL. Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web.
Anyone with the link can see the calendar. Create a new link or turn it off whenever you like.

Import from another calendar Premium
- First add the calendar to the iPhone Calendar app, for example as a subscription.
- Open Plan → Calendar and tap Import from another calendar.
- Choose the calendar and Starting from – and who's involved, if you like.
- Deselect anything that shouldn't come along and tap Import.
The import copies once. If you import again, anything already in Peepz is skipped.

Can the whole family share a calendar?
Yes. Everyone in the family shares the same calendar – adults, children and, for example, Grandma or the babysitter. Children without a phone can be tagged in events, so they show up in their own colour. The same app has your shopping lists, meal planner and school schedule, so your family planning is all in one place.
Can we see the family calendar in Google Calendar or Outlook?
Yes, with Peepz Premium. Under Plan → Calendar, choose Show in another calendar and then the whole family or one person. Add the link in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar on a Mac, and the events show there and update by themselves – the calendar service decides how often. Changes are made in Peepz.
Can I see my work calendar in Peepz?
Yes, with Peepz Premium. Turn on Show my iOS calendars under Plan → Calendar and choose which calendars to show. Only you can see them, under From your calendar, and they're never uploaded to Peepz.
Does Peepz change if I edit an event in Google Calendar?
No. The calendar link and the mirror to iOS Calendar only go one way, from Peepz. Make changes in Peepz and the other calendars follow. A change in the mirrored calendar is overwritten.
Who can add events to the calendar?
Every role can add events from the start: owners, adults, members and children. A child can only edit and delete what they added themselves. The family's owner can change what each person can do, and adults can change it for the children, under Family → the person → Permissions.
How much does the family calendar cost?
Nothing. The calendar is free, with no limit backwards or forwards. Calendar integration – Google Calendar, Outlook, iOS Calendar, your own calendars and importing – is part of Peepz Premium.
